The return rights is the consumer’s right to return item in a certain period (within 14 calendar days) without paying contractual penalty*, interest* or damages*. The right of refusal can be used in compliance with the laws in force in the Republic of Latvia, as well as the type and specific characteristics of the goods sold.
It should be noted that the right of return cannot be exercised in our store and website:
– after the expiration of the term provided for by law
– if the product has visible signs of use
– if the ordered product could be rented on our website (in the section www.gostation.lv/noma) to check its operation before making the purchase.
– if the product has a special limited edition (for example, limited color, Collector’s Edition, Steelbook Edition, etc.)
– if the product is sold digitally (for example, activation codes, license codes, etc.)
– if a faulty product was sent and it was opened
– if the product cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons

A full refund will be realized if all conditions mentioned above are fulfilled or did not apply to the product.
*did not apply to cases when the price of the product was reduced or a new device model was released
**in cases where the conditions are not met, the customer can still receive a partial refund for the product
