Guarantee document – is our bill (if you ordered game on our local shop) or our invoice you got on your mail (if you made order on our website) which you got making purhcase. We don’t print any additional documents. All items sold by us are added in our database due of this you don’t need additional document to get guarantee for your product.
2 years guarantee on new consoles and 3 month for used consoles:
– if your console broke in 14 days time we will change it to the new in 1-2 working days time
– if your console broke after 14 days it will be send by guarantee to nearest official service (most usually – France). Usual waiting time is 3-5 weeks but can be longer on Christmas time.
2 years guarantee on controllers (on analogs (sticks) – 12 months):
– if your controller broke in 14 days time we will change it to the new in 1-2 working days time
– if your controller broke after 14 days it will be send by guarantee to nearest official service (most usually – France). Usual waiting time is 3-5 weeks but can be longer on Christmas time.

– if your VR glasses broke in 14 days time we will change it to the new in 1-2 working days time
